Dynamisch offers this Startup engineering program in partnership with FIESTA Community.
FIESTA brings founders, investors, entrepreneurs, startups, techies, and adventurers together, first in the room and then through a community designed to help those relationships grow. Each event includes open networking, concise founder pitches, and reverse pitches from funders and ecosystem partners.
Through this partnership, founders from the FIESTA community can apply for 40 hours of complimentary engineering support from Dynamisch. Founders from upcoming and previous FIESTA events are welcome to apply.

After you apply, we review your application and meet with you in a discovery call. We then select the startups we will work with.

Applications close on 30 November 2026. The 40 hours need to be used before 31st January 2027.

What can the 40 hours be used for?
You can use the 40 hours for architecture review, product engineering, AI and data, cloud and DevOps, and QA and security. We agree on the focus with you after the discovery call.

What happens after the 40 hours?
The decision is yours. If you want to continue, we agree on scope and terms together. The ongoing work is billed hourly at USD 35–55; well below typical US rates for comparable senior engineering talent.
