Their sales process used excel sheets to serve the purpose, but this whole process was resource-intensive, lacked efficiency, was slow, the possibility of errors was high, and lacked automation. they used word doc for preparing the quote & other required documents, which was a cumbersome process since they had to modify it manually every time, they wanted to generate a new quote document.

The client wished to configure CPQ as per their business requirements, starting from pricing, discounting, product bundling, complex calculations on quote lines etc., which should be easy to use, error-free, and adaptive by users.

  1. Dynamisch consultants stepped in and collaborated with the client’s team starting with understanding their whole sales lifecycle, quote generation methods, pricing, discounting, manual approval processes, etc., so that it can be mapped to Salesforce CPQ.
